It's a lovely space for creating.

In the space there's a desk, kitchenette, flat file (not moveable but I could clear 1-2 drawers for you), rolling work table, and metal cabinet.

My things will be stored in the storage loft as well as in a closet like space I built under the loft. Books and anything else seen in the pictures will be gone (except furniture & plants)

*There is a wood shop above so there can be some noise at times and from time to time a sprinkling of dust (barely noticeable).

About This Lister

I am female (she/her) painter/mixed media artist, horticulturist, and meditator. I will be doing a graduate program upstate; spring 2026 so am looking to sublet my studio. I have been creating in this space since 2011, it's a lovely place to work. The other tenants on the floor are all professional artists and craftspeople.
