My house is modern and the area is rustic. I live up up up a dirt road.

Beautiful Garza beach shown here is a 10 minute drive.

The area is full of yoga, healers and surfers. Lots of folks from NYC live in the Nosara area.

One week minimum rental. My housecleaner (and friend) will greet you but I will be in the USA helping take care of my elderly mom.
