I'm traveling for November + December and am subletting my apartment while away. This is my home, not a thrown-together AirBnB, so you'll be very comfortable and cozy! I will clear the dresser shelves and refrigerator for you, but my other things will remain. I ask for applicants who are respectful and caring; you're welcome to have friends over if they also share this ethos. I'm charging my rent + utilities cost exactly and am not making any profit on the sublet. I am looking for someone to stay for *both* November + December. I am not able to sublet the apartment for just one of the months.
Please note that I have a sweet, 10-year old cat named Heyu who you'll need to care for while here. She's very low-maintenance and just needs dry food and water, and a litter box tending every few days. I’ll leave you with plenty of food and litter for her! She'll want to cuddle and generally hang out wherever you may be. Cat lovers encouraged to apply. I will happily apply a $150/month discount to your stay for the care ($300 total)! She and I both appreciate it very much.
Transportation: Q Train (2-min walk), B Train (5-min walk), CitiBike (2-min walk). Extremely easy and close access to two major subway lines and an XL CitiBike dock!

You'll need to sign a standard sublet agreement and submit a $500 refundable deposit and $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Your deposit of $500 will be returned immediately upon my return assuming the apartment is well cared for.
