I'm Neal, 39 y/o male, a design director most recently based in NYC. I am seeking a furnished 1 BR sublet for the springtime ideally Feb-April but very flexible with dates.

I am open to neighborhoods, and prioritizing Silver Lake, Echo Park, Loz Feliz, or Venice.

I'm employed full time at a Design studio based in NYC and LA. When not working, I'll probably be outside running, cycling or hiking... I live a very active, healthy lifestyle and building a product in the wellness space.
