It’s fully furnished with my own furniture and curated with care. I’m the owner and your direct contact for everything related to the rental; I’m committed to maintaining the highest standards, treating the home with respect, and ensuring a warm, comfortable place for my tenants. You’ll enjoy a space that has character, personality, and genuine hospitality—one that I’m proud to share.

• First month’s rent + security deposit due at signing
• Proof of income showing 3x monthly rent combined household income
• Credit score 700+ preferred
• Completed application and soft credit check through a screening service (no hard pull)
• Verification of rental history and references
• No smoking inside the home
• Renter’s insurance required before move-in
• Small pets considered case by case, with an additional pet deposit and pet addendum
Showings available by appointment. The goal is a smooth and transparent process with qualified tenants who will care for the home as their own.
