Fully furnished charming bay front cottage. One bedroom, one bath, outdoor shower, deck with grill and outdoor furniture, 2 kayaks, SUP,2 bicycles, WiFi, washer/dryer, AC (window units) . The house is close to the ferry and a 2 minute walk to the ocean.
This MID WEEK rental is for a maximum of 2 people.
This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. Additional guests are not permitted. This is a place set between quiet respectful neighbors. Our guests should be the same.
It is a perfect spot to relax, to work on your book, to create, or just chill away from the everyday.
Fire Island is accessible only by ferry. Cars are not permitted. The ferry terminal to F.I. is in BayShore NY, accessible by LIRR or car which can be parked (for a fee) at the terminal.
The house is located in Ocean Bay Park. There are 3 restaurant/bars in OBP. The town of Ocean Beach is a 7 minute bike ride or a 20 minute walk away and has several restaurants and shops to enjoy. The town of Seaview is a 5 minute bike ride away and has a very well stocked market and adjacent wine/liquor store.
Mid week rental runs from 12noon Monday through 11am Friday.
The nightly rate is a very modest $350/night.
If you feel you can leave the place as you found it there will be no cleaning fee. If not, cleaning fee will be $200.
A security deposit of $500 is required.
Pets are not permitted.
