2. Guest house:
2 simple bedrooms, 1 bath. Ceiling fans.

3. Separate large primary bedroom with bath, spacious closets and roof deck with 360 degree view from Ocean to Bay side. Air conditioned.

The house is charming with window seats, hardwood floors comfortably furnished, lots of light and views.

FENCED WRAPAROUND DECK: 20 yard lap pool, outdoor shower, grill, lounges, deck chairs and dining table.

Water Island is a very friendly, quiet, diverse, secluded community appealing to creative types and others cherishing a moment to breathe. There are no commercial establishments. Neighbors gather at magnificent sunsets for drinks, vittles and gossip. Perfect for folks looking for a "nothing to do" experience, except enjoying conversation, the ocean and nature.
If one needs more activities, dancing, shopping and dining out is 10 minutes away by water taxi to the Pines or Davis Park .

Easy accessibility from Manhattan by car or LIRR. 20 minute ferry ride via Sayville Ferry, Long Island. Parking available by ferry station.
