I am overseas currently with family and subletting my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. I am looking for someone that would sublet for a minimum of 2 weeks up to 6 months. We can discuss best deal for us both.

All furniture is new and taken care of. I put a lot of thought into curating the space and have made sure to fill it with beautiful organic, non toxic high quality products and pieces.

The apartment comes with a parking spot and is on the same level as the apartment, no stairs are in between. The apartment is gated and there are entrances on each side of the building.

It is in the perfect location right across Will Rogers Beach, a minute's walk from the ocean and you can see the ocean from the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom, as well as the large patio!

The Kitchen has all the appliances you need and it has been recently renovated.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a view of the Palisades from the shower!

There is laundry and pool on site.

The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly, with beautiful cafes (Rustic Cafe is right next door) restaurants, shops and bars.

Aside from the beautiful ocean, you can get to the Santa Monica Stairs in 10 mins walking distance and be in the heart of Santa Monica, it's a beautiful walk up Rustic Canyon.

This is truly a special place.
