The apartment has high ceilings, fully furnished and located on a quiet street in a great location, close to the Nostrand Ave A/C station. You'll have a grocery store and laundromat a block away, plus bars, restaurants, and cafes all at your doorstep.

The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy living room with a projector. The large bedroom includes an office space, blackout curtains and generous closet storage. There's also a small private outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air.

The Nostrand A/C station is just a 9-minute walk, and the Bedford/Nostrand G train is about 17 minutes away on foot. There are also tons of bus options nearby (B25, B26, B44, and B45) to get you wherever you need to go.

The sublet is available from October 15th to November 15th. I'm flexible with move-in and move-out dates if needed.
