I work in the film industry as an art director. I've owned and operated a small set and prop fabrication company called Shapeshifter for 10 years, we've been located on this block in Boyle heights for about 11 years.

Shapeshifter has been a micro-arts colony since we moved into this building, comprised of builders, designers and artists.

The space is communal, but we like to keep it clean and moderately quiet. We're looking for artistic types who are have a studio practice which will benefit from access to the communal shop (sculptors, furniture makers, crafts people), and who can help keep the vibe chill.
