Who Are We Looking For?
This role requires a person who is super detail-oriented, excellent at following processes closely, incredibly organized, and a very clear communicator.
This position reports directly to the CEO.
Key Activities
~20 hours/week spent:
----Book appointments with interested parties onto CEO’s calendar (via email, text, call)
----Sending reminders to candidates before meetings
----Sending emails to candidates about upcoming validation calls and expos
----Hosting validation calls twice a month
----Expertly and delightfully managing our CRM system (HubSpot).
----Provide our fran dev partner with up-to-date data on our pipeline on weekly basis
~10 hours/week spent:
----Drafting communication to candidates post meetings
----Monitoring completion of required paperwork by candidates
----Proactively improve the fran dev process to reduce manual labor which may include testing new software for automation.
~10 hours/week spent:
----Organizing and coordinating candidates monthly visits to Brooklyn (travel, lodging, classroom observations, dinner reservations, materials set up, etc)
----Help with the logistics and tracking of the onboarding for the new owners.
