Looking for a respectful short-term tenant.
Dishwasher, sink and disposal. Induction cooktop and microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. No oven!
Filtered drinking water and filtered ice maker in freezer.
Small dog or cat acceptable, however the patio is not fully secure.
Street parking. But the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and parking is always available.
Walking distance from the Silver Lake Whole Foods and CVS. The Red Lion beer garden. 3 miles door to door to walk the Reservoir loop.

Pets Policy
Cat or dog under 25lbs. Must be friendly with dogs and humans, there is a dog upstairs, but the upstairs and downstairs units do not share the yard. The downstairs yard will be your own.
