I’m an architect and bought this apartment in 2022 — it’s been a wonderful place to live. The main reason I chose it was the view: the large trees outside the windows provide both privacy and abundant natural light. They also keep the apartment cooler in the summer, making it especially comfortable. I’ve truly loved living here, but since my office is in Greenpoint, I’m moving to be closer to work.
