Hi! This is my parents' home. They will be traveling to Brazil and looking to let the place in their absence.

The building is the historic pencil factory and there are all sorts of amenities - gym, kids playroom, beautiful rooftop with views of the manhattan skyline. It's one block away from the ferry and a short 5 min walk to the G train. Elevators too.

The apartment itself has everything you need and more! Washer dryer in unit, king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, large TV with all sorts of subscriptions, FIOS internet. My parents are obsessively clean and tidy and they're looking for the folks who will treat their home with care.

Close to countless bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Transmitter park is a block away.
