Rent: 1800 per month + utilities ($80-95/month), no pets

• Room is unfurnished (you may coordinate with my current roommate about purchasing select furniture)
• Rest of the apartment is fully furnished
• High ceilings and excellent insulation (quiet despite central location)
• Clean, cozy, and filled with positive affirmations
