It’s centrally located with flexible dates and shorter stays welcome, though longer visits are preferred. Minimum of 4 nights.

It is available for the following periods:
April 19 - April 30
May 7 - May 25

Rate: $116 per night (including utilities)

PRIME LOCATION, WALKABLE TO:
• 12 min walk to Central Park
• 11 min walk to Rockefeller Center
• 15 min walk to Bryant Park
• 5 min walk to Times Square
• 15 min walk to Hudson River

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
• E & C trains right outside building
• N, W, R trains - 4-min walk
• 1 train - 5-min walk
• B,D,F,M trains - 8-min walk

ABOUT THE ROOM & APARTMENT:
• Room is furnished with a bed and TV, and a work desk in the living room you can use
• Rest of the apartment is fully furnished
• High ceilings and excellent insulation (quiet despite central location)
• Clean, cozy, and filled with positive affirmations throughout the apartment
• My roommate will be traveling so she will be there a few nights while you are there, but your room is on the opposite side of the apartment so you have privacy and noise does not travel.

BUILDING AMENTITIES:
• Friendly doorman / security desk
• Washer & dryer in building
• Two elevators
• Live-in super who is responsive and helpful
