This is super cute, clean one-bedroom apartment in williamsburg/greenpoint area. The apt is a third floor walk up with windows on all sides and overlooks a garden. The place is mostly white/black, simple, stylish, and cozy (see photos). There is a queen size bed, heat, and wifi. It is a 5-minute walk to the L train graham stop which takes you into Manhattan within 10-15 minutes. It is a 5 minutes walk to Mccarren park.

The sublet is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Quiet and responsible people only. Please, no smoking, pets, or parties.

I am a renter and am subletting the space as I will be away during that period. I can be a little flexible on the dates depending on the candidate. Ideally, would like someone who needs to stay the entire period.
