The space is clean and cozy, and the rent includes all utilities, wifi, and cleaning fee. The apartment faces the back of the building and is very quiet. 4th fl walk up. No laundry in the building but there are several spots close by. There is AC in the bedroom.

Cross streets are Chystie and Hester, walking distance to just about everything downtown Manhattan and less than 10 minutes walking to B, D, J, F, M, N, Q, R, 4, & 6 subways (B & D are just on the corner).

Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all your kitchen needs. Gas stove, oven, electric kettle, aeropress, instant pot with air fryer, ninja blender, but no dishwasher or microwave. Please feel free to use any equipment/foods there and any of the products in the shower/bathroom. There will be some closet space available to you as well.

I also have a nice bike you are welcome to use, but I ask that you please be willing to fix/replace it should anything happen to it during your use =)

The apartment will be available again from Aug 1st to approximately September 13th for $3200 a month, $900 a week, or $140 a night

Photos here are old and the layout of furniture in the space is nicer now, but I am in the process of moving some things out and will update photos next week.
