The apartment is in a two family row house on a leafy, tree-lined block close to the A @Nostrand Ave (12 minute walk). It consists of an eclectic, large eat-in-kitchen/living room with dishwasher, bathroom with clawfoot tub, and large bedroom. Plenty of storage including walk-in pantry, closets, and built-in cabinets throughout. Exclusive Patio and shared use of the rest of the garden with us (the owner occupants in the triplex above). Exclusive access to laundry in the basement as well as limited storage/use of the basement.

We’re looking for folks with a fondness and respect for old houses (our house just turned 150 years old!). An interest in gardening would be a plus as the backyard is an open canvas we will be developing in the years to come and we would be happy to share that with whoever lives below us.
