Located on the 4th floor of a brownstone in north Park Slope between 8th Ave and Prospect Park West. Prospect Park is just around the corner, with the Grand Army Plaza farmers market right next door every Saturday. It's a 10-unit building with friendly neighbors. There's only two units per floor.
