Roommate is moving in with his partner, and we're looking to fill his space for the new lease starting Nov 1st.

The space is the entire lower floor of a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. You would have not just your own bedroom, but also bathroom, small living room, and workspace to yourself. Ideal for someone who wants a one bedroom apartment, but doesn't want to pay for one in this neighborhood or give up social interaction entirely.

Apartment is newly renovated, with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and all new fixtures. Laundry is in-unit. Two levels. The apartment even has a private backyard with a grill.

Location is amazing, just a 1-minute walk from the Lorimer L train. It's close to everything.

Roommates are chill professionals in their 30s. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

You would be joining the lease with me, so you need to meet all the standard NYC landlord requirements: proof of income, make 40x the rent, and have good credit.
