The space measures 16 x 16 feet with a dividing wall making two spaces that are each 8 feet wide, the ceiling hight is approximately 9 feet. There is electricity and combination of fluorescent tubes and halogen track lighting. There is a free-standing heater/ac unit but additional space heaters are needed in the cold months. No plumbing, no windows.
