I'm subletting my beautiful, 1 bedroom apartment with 13' ceilings and roof deck right in the heart of the Lower East Side. Available starting Friday, June 5th through August 5th.

The apartment is fully furnished on the 5th floor of an elevator building. There is a security guard 24/7, so having packages delivered is really easy. 

Wifi and all utilities are included, there is a king-sized bed and a smart TV in the bedroom, dishwasher in the kitchen, and there are two AC units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is also shared laundry in the building! You're a 5 minute walk to the J, M, Z, B,& D subway lines, as well as a Trader Joes, Target, and Essex Market.

I'm looking for a subletter for the full two months. This is a super quiet building, so it is ideal for one person. Someone who is responsible and will not have any big parties is the most important. Unfortunately no pets.
