Hi! I’m subletting my one bedroom apartment in Astoria for july and august with possibility to extend. You’d be renting the whole place. Rent is $2,157 + $200 for utilities and internet. We’re off the 30th ave stop on the N, on crescent st and 28th ave. The apartment is furnished. Right now the bedroom is set up as an office, so the bed is in the living room, but you could move the furniture to switch the rooms out. i’ll have most of my stuff packed up, so the shelves etc will be empty.
