Hi, Im subletting my one bedroom (primary bedroom + living room- no roommates) located in the heart of Chinatown, Manhattahn. Great neighborhood, accessible to F(East broadway), M, J, Z(Essex)and B, D(Grand) and etc. Shops, grocery stores (Target, Trader Joe's), movie theaters (Metrograph), bars, restaurants and a laundromat (within a block) are nearby. It’s on the third floor in a walk-up building. All utilities (wifi, gas, electricity) are separate; usually around $120-150.

I would prefer one respectful person (no smoking) with no pets, no drugs. Also this is a very quiet, peaceful building, so no parties or events in any circumstances. Please return the place in the condition (clean, tidy) you receive it in.
