Your quiet one-bedroom apartment adjoins studio for owner's occasional need for access to bathroom; kitchen is yours; washer dryer inside apartment is for your use. All utilities are included in one-month stay.
Owners are looking for a friendly individual or couple who are looking to enjoy the opportunities that abound during World Soccer Championship season, and summer in LA, whether alongside work, or on an extended vacation.
You will enjoy a separate entrance to the shared space/building from the back alley as well as your own entrance separate from adjacent studio. Entrance to property and to unit are by separately coded locks. Upstairs you will find a lovely 3rd floor deck that is all yours to enjoy morning coffee, sunsets and peering onto the nearby golf course.
The home is walking distance from groceries, coffee, beach, golf, parks, restaurants and transportation.
You must climb one floor of exterior stairs for apartment access, and one floor of interior stairs for deck access. Ocean breeze keeps the space incredibly comfortable, but should you want it, you have 2 split system heaters/ac units for use.
Hardwood floors run throughout the space. This is a no-shoes home. Shoe bins allow storage of shoes in the entry hallway. The tiled bathroom floor is heated on demand and by thermostat.
The space will be thoroughly cleaned once during your month stay. The cost is included in the month's rent. You will be notified of date for cleaning, and will be expected to organize your belongings to allow ease of cleaning for our house cleaners.
The space runs entirely on electricity which is powered in summer almost completely by solar energy.
This space is suitable for a couple or one person. No Pets, No Smoking of Any Kind, No Loud Music. There is a small Echo speaker for your use in the bedroom. If you'd like it taken out, please request that from owner.
If you will have a vehicle, street parking is available. Owner can provide a visitor's permit for the duration. A separate $100 deposit is required for the permit and will be returned upon return to owner of permit.
Tenant must sign lease, must show proof of renter's insurance for the month (AllState or Geico preferred). Fees must be paid in full prior to move-in--to include security deposit of $2000, returned within 14 days of move-out. This space is available for 31 days ONLY. Move-in/out dates can be negotiated, but must be 31 days between June 1 and July 12. Any agreed upon tenancy shorter than 31 days will be charged at a 31 day rate and be considered a 31 day tenancy period.
Safety cameras surround the property, but are not installed inside the home space.

We, the owners, live on the property and spend most of our time working from home. We take great care in the comfort of others sharing our space. We love the building, as we built it to our aesthetics just a couple of years ago. We work in the sciences and in wellness. We will be available for any issues that may arise during your tenancy.
