Hi! I have one bedroom available in a two bed, one bath apartment while I’ll be traveling. The apartment is on the top floor of a pre-war elevator building and gets lots of sunlight. It’s ideally located close to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, and ten minutes from Prospect Park. 2/3/4/5 lines are all less than 10 minutes walk, and B/Q are a 15 minute walk.

The apartment and bedroom are furnished. There is a large living room, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and windowed bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom is on the backside of the building so it doesn’t get much noise from outside. The room is large and has a queen bed, standing desk, and dresser. There are two closets in the bedroom, one of which will be fully empty for your use, and a shared closet in the hallway.

The building has washers and dryers available in the basement and a package room in the lobby. There is an on-site super and porters that clean the building every day.
