I am subletting my open and airy Bushwick loft for the months of August and likely September with the possibility to extend. I have to be away from the city to deal with a family matter and need someone clean, quiet, and responsible to look after my place during this time. The apartment is furnished. The rent does not include utilities which range each month from 150-200. This is the rent that I pay so unfortunately it's not negotiable.
