Hi, we are looking for someone to take over the lease of our current roommate who is moving out in June. The apartment is a sunny 3 Bedroom, with the 2 other rooms occupied by 2 women in their mid 20s, early 30s. We live in a lovely neighborhood filled with markets and shops, close to the F/G trains, and a 20 min walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park. The apartment has a dishwasher. There is no in-unit washer/dryer; the laundromat we use is a block away. It's very clean and tidy as we tend to treat our space as a place to escape the city. The noise levels are low during the weekdays, and in general the apartment has a pretty chill vibe. It's a no smoking and no pet apartment.
