Through JG Strategy and Communications, I build trust and clarity for teams through strategic change management, leadership alignment, and tech and systems transformation.
I consult on people and strategy questions with a focus on communicating how people, product and process can solve complex business problems. I love facilitating, listening, and dreaming up new paths, and then driving an inclusive strategy to make the dream real. I believe change starts with creating a vision people fall in love with, and that HR is a make-or-break driver of growth and success.
With quarterly support packages, we’ll move from uncertainty and misalignment to clarity and shared vision at every level.
Quarterly Support Packages:
Executive Advisory - $3,600 per quarter
4 hours per month of advisory support, which can include facilitated leadership discussion and alignment, communications planning, and creation of a change narrative. In an efficient format, I’ll focus on enabling you to drive the change independently with expert support. A low-risk option to discover your ROI quickly.
Strategic Change Management - $9,000 per quarter
10 hours per month of advisory support, which can include facilitated leadership discussion and alignment, communications planning, and creation of a change narrative. With more frequent touch points, I’ll provide more integrated change management, adding capacity to support your team as you prepare for and adapt to new expectations and capabilities.
Integrated Organizational Transition - $20,000 per quarter
20 hours per month to amplify your technology investment, marking a pivot point in your growth and operations. I’ll create a fully custom project plan to establish a smooth path for lasting change. Best suited to organizations at significant moments of transition, consolidation, or expansion, who want to boost their likelihood of success without making a full-time hire. Includes multi-channel on-call support with a 24-hour SLA.
Flat rate: Efficient à la carte support available at $300 per hour
I’m a native New Yorker and alumna of NYC public schools, with an MBA from Yale and a BA from Middlebury College. I live in Brooklyn with my family around the corner from an ice cream shop, which means we’ll never move. Outside of work, I lead the PTA at my kids’ school (which is thankless) and volunteer with Hot Girls for Zohran (which is very rewarding).
With 15+ years of experience in for-profit and non-profit operations, HR, and communications, I’ll help integrate your strategy and workforce changes into a broader organizational transformation, advising on workforce planning, performance, and internal communications. When you tell the story of one single change (composed of technology and data management, alongside other structural and cultural changes), you help your team adapt to new expectations and maximize your ROI.
In my curiosity about what makes organizations tick, I’ve worked in operations and customer strategy at a wide and wacky range of institutions, from tiny to global, nonprofit to corporate. I’ve led tech transformations and innovative culture shifts, managed dozens of clients or just a few, taught SAT classes and sat across from CEOs.
