i am a musician/painter leaving for tour for april and subletting my painting studio. it is 192 sq ft, in greenpoint. it has a slop sink and bathroom right by the entrance.

i’m subletting it for all of april, but the person could start moving in by march 29th.

my own stuff will all be stored in the shelving, so all of the wall space and floor space will be open to the subletters.

there is a fridge/microwave etc as well.

the walls do not reach the ceiling so out of respect for the two other artists on either side, if they're also working at the same time, headphones are best to use for listening to music or taking call.
