Apartments for Sublet
We are looking for a non-smoking, non-pet tenant to sublet our apartment from June 21-August 20. The one bedroom apartment is in a high-rise, doorman building centrally located in Greenwich Village, near all the subways. The apartment is on a high floor Wi-Fi, and utilities included, laundry in basement. There is a large living room facing west, the bedroom has a queen bed with a desk/work nook. Kitchen is well equipped, gas stove/oven and a dishwasher, microwave. This is fully furnished. There will be some closet space available.

$4000 security deposit to hold the sublet, sublease and liability agreement, official IDs (passports or DLs). Half of rent ($4000) due June 15, other half due July 15.
