A cosy 1-bedroom on the 4th floor of a small 9-unit building.
(no elevator — sounds worse than it is, 60 seconds of glute training and you're home) in a calm, authentic corner of the 15th arrondissement. Thoughtfully minimal — bright and airy.

The apartment:
Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom, everything is good quality and well looked after. The living room has a comfortable designer sofa and a 65" TV with all the streaming apps. The bedroom is quiet with a premium memory foam mattress.

Washer/dryer, Dyson vacuum, and high-speed WiFi throughout.
As a private chef, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use—everything you need to actually cook, plus a shelf of around 50 cookbooks for inspiration.

The neighborhood:
Genuinely local, genuinely liveable — less touristy, easy day-to-day. The neighborhood has two farmers markets, each twice a week - farm-fresh vegetables, seasonal fish and dairy, all just around the corner. Monoprix, Biocoop, Naturalia, and Carrefour all nearby.
A few minutes away, the cutest natural wine bar in Paris with the most welcoming owners.

Getting around:
Metro lines 8 and 12 — well connected to everything.
A perfect base for Paris and for the rest of Europe.
Ideal for remote workers, solo travelers, or couples looking for a real Parisian home base.
