Greenpoint is a well-loved family-friendly neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, right above Williamsburg.

Trains to Manhattan: 10 min walk from G; 15 from L (lovely walk cuts through McCarren Park)

- Studio, but layout feels like 1BR
- In-unit washer/dryer in bathroom!
- Big kitchen, lots of counter space (dishwasher, microwave, ninja 11-in-1 for pressure cooker/air fryer)
- 1st floor, no stairs needed
- Lovely natural light and plants for a cozy stay
- Supermarket nearby
