I’m looking for someone to move into my amazing 1 bedroom on Prospect Park West Feb 1st. The location is simply unbeatable: just steps from Prospect Park, the 15th St Prospect Park Subway stop, and Nighthawk theater. The unit is also newly renovated, with an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, state of the art appliances, beautiful exposed brick and hardwood floors, and a ridiculous amount of storage. The building management is also easy to work with and has been very responsive. All appliances are electric, so there is no gas bill.
The existing lease is active through April 6th, and you'll have the opportunity to renew for another year.

You’ll need pay stubs and a bank statement as proof of income.
$20 application fee per tenant.
You'll pay me the security deposit directly ($3350), and the security deposit on the existing lease will be paid out to you at the end of the lease term.
Pets Policy
The building is pet friendly, and although there are weight (50lb) and breed restrictions, it was completely stress-free to apply and move in with my service dog who exceeds the pet weight limit.
