About This Lister

This is my home that I have lived in for 3 years. I am planning to try living outside of nyc and want to find someone who is clean and considerate and will love the space as much as I do!

It is a small 6-floor new construction building of mostly owners who care a lot about the space. We have a great super who lives next door and takes care of the trash and building maintenance.
