We (my wife and I) are leaving NYC and looking for new tenants to take over our lease for our beloved 2 bedroom apartment in beautiful Park Slope. At the end of the current lease (April 30, 2026), you will be able to renew for a new 2 year lease term.

We will happily conduct showings and can share a video walkthrough of the space upon request. Interested parties will be connected with the landlord for approval.
