Hello! We’re two gals looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished bedroom in a spacious Park Slope apartment starting August 1, 2025. There's an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully-stocked kitchen, plus a dishwasher and large TV!

The room can fit a full bed, desk, small dresser and nightstand. There’s a huge closet with overhead storage and YOUR OWN FULL BATHROOM!

The apartment is in prime Park Slope. Small building with ~12 units. Super close walk to Barclays Center and the Union R stop. 15 minute walk to Prospect Park plus tons of lovely bars and restaurants in the area. There’s a bus that stops right outside of the apartment that can take you directly to and from the Trader Joe’s on Court Street!

We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy and kind. No gender preference but late 20s to early 30s age range is ideal. You must like gay people <3 We’re very friendly in the apartment (love a dinner table chat) and will occasionally go out for dinner/drinks, but keep pretty different schedules otherwise. We also like to have friends over for dinner, a little party or a weekend visit every so often. We believe that home is a special space where you should be able to relax and leave the day behind, and want to live with someone who feels the same! We’re very considerate of the space and each other.

We're Annabelle (28 y/o journalist) and Pippa (30 y/o restaurant server). Annabelle has been in the apartment for almost five years, and Pippa for almost two. Annabelle goes into the office a few days a week and Pippa works in person on weekdays. We’re usually out and about on weekends, and many weekdays as well.
