Hello! My roommates and I are looking to fill my room for the summer starting July 1st and ending Sept. 1st. If only one month works for you, that is okay! My roommates are 22 and 36 (classic New York) and one works remote out of our living room! We are all exceptionally clean, and looking for someone tidy and communicative.

My room has two closets, and one will be completely empty for the renter (as well as an above storage space). Fully furnished and AC window unit already installed. We have a cute little back courtyard off of my room that can be used by only our unit.

Half a block from Prospect Park (by the bandshell) and one block from the 7th Ave F&G stop! Quiet neighborhood, communicative landlord, and fun gals to spend the summer with!

In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. You will share a bathroom with one roommate, there are 2 bathrooms total.

Hi! My name is Ellie (she/her) and I am a 30 year old educator and writer from Colorado. I am going back home for the summer and am obsessed with my place in Park Slope.

Roommate #1 (she/her): 22, from Toronto, an artist and yoga teacher. She just graduated with her undergrad in May and starts her Masters in August!

Roommate #2 (she/her): 36, from India and New Jersey, works in risk management and loves high tea, watercoloring and cooking.

We are big into cooking together and sharing the space. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please, no loud parties that keep folks awake. We have had bad experiences in the past with subletters who are incredibly dirty and couldn't pay rent so we are hoping for a better experience this time!

We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, all creative folks who love to explore the city and have quiet nights in as well.
