This is a decent size studio, with great natural light and distinct living/sleeping and kitchen spaces. It’s located on the third floor of a brownstone. High speed wifi, streaming and cable tv, and A/C included. No washer and dryer in the building, but you’re within two blocks of a laundromat and one block from a wash and fold.

$150 cleaning fee and one week deposit required to confirm your stay.

I try to rent it out from time to time when traveling for longer periods. I’m really clean and neat with the space, so I don’t rent it too often, and have had really great luck with renters that are the same!
