Looking to sublet our furnished 2BR apartment in Astoria, Queens, right by Astoria Park. The apartment is on the second floor of a walkup. Included are two queen beds, two Midea air conditioners, a small Roku TV, and a standing desk. Not included are internet ($75) and utilities (depends on how much you use the AC, usually $100ish). No laundry in the building, but there's a couple laundromats within walking distance.

It's a pretty spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood, super walkable, lots of amazing Greek food and cute coffee shops nearby. Astoria Park is a dream in the summertime: not only is it right on the water, there's a track and a public pool.

The subway is a 10 minute walk away, but the Q69 and Q100 buses are only a few blocks. There's also a few CitiBike docks nearby.

I'm a Broadway actor and filmmaker who has rented this apartment since 2019; my partner is a writer and academic. We split our time between NYC and the Bay (and sometimes, St. Louis). We love to stroll through the park, walk to Kinship Coffee on 21st Street, and CitiBike to Greenpoint for dinner. It's a small building so we know all our neighbors and they know us.
