Do you come to Los Angeles part of the month, or part of the week, and want a place to call home when you're here? This is a very specific kind of sublet, please read carefully to spare your time. The bungalow is for someone who needs a Los Angeles pad for PART of every month, whether that is two consecutive weeks, every other week, or four days every week. Or some combination of that. But NOT looking for someone to come for 3-6 months at a time, and use this as a traditional sublet. I will be using the place as a work space EVERY month when you are not here. And I pay the rest of the rent and utilities, on top of the price listed here, which if we get this arrangement set up right is a win for both, given the high rents in this neighborhood, and the desirability of this cosy, bright, furnished bungalow in the heart of Silverlake.

Some use cases: maybe you live full time in Ojai, Palm Springs, or NYC, and you need a permanent place for when you come into town for meetings or socializing. You would have all the closets and storage and keep whatever you want here, because this is not my home, it's just my office. The bedroom is dedicated to you, and left undisturbed while you're gone. But this is not your primary residence, and you wouldn't live here for long stretches. It's your second home, your LA home, and I am here EVERY month (when you are not here).

In addition to the bedroom there is a dining room, living room, kitchen, and a small backyard. Half a block from Blair’s and Broome Street Coffee in Silverlake. And couple blocks from the Silverlake Resevoir and the Gelson’s/Magpie/Crossroads shopping areas. Street parking available on our block. It's truly a haven and so well located.
