We are looking for a retail floral designer for our shop in Crown Heights.
3+ days a week, MUST be able to work weekends.
Prior experience with floral arranging is REQUIRED, at least two years experience (if you do not have this experience, please do not apply)
Applicant should be comfortable selling shop items such as clothing, as well as flowers.
Be able to make bouquets/arrangements that can adapt to the Park Deli style.
Knowledge of the NYC Flower Market is a plus!
Looking for someone who is organized, can hold their own, and is self motivated.
Doesn’t mind getting dirty, cleaning, and processing flowers! (the nitty-gritty of being a florist!)
This is the type of job where we have regulars, so customer service is vital!
Shifts are typically 11am-6pm Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-5pm Sundays.
Our staff is small and close knit, so the applicant should expect to work directly with the owners and be able to multitask.
Starts $18/hr+ depending on experience

Park Deli is a small, family owned flower and skate shop in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. We have been open since 2009, this year being our 15 year anniversary! We provide fresh cut flowers daily, with pickup and delivery available to the neighborhood. We design our own goods and sell curated items from small local artists.
