We’re Stomping Ground Photo — a Brooklyn-based school photography company — and we’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Rep to join our team!
The schedule is Monday - Friday 20 hours per week.
Tuesday - Thursday: 1 pm - 5 pm
Monday and Friday: 10 am - 2 pm
*What You’ll Do*
-Answer customer calls with warmth and professionalism
-Call customers back to resolve questions and help them place orders
-Respond to emails and chats (Help Scout + Air Call)
-Provide product/service information, troubleshoot orders, and resolve concerns
-Keep accurate records in our CRM
-Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly company meetings
-Maintain our friendly, approachable brand voice in all communications
*You’re a fit if you*
-Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (phone + email)
-Are comfortable with tech (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools)
-Are upbeat, friendly, and curious about people
-Can listen well and understand parents’ perspectives
-Communicate clearly and warmly
-Bonus Points: You have experience with Help Scout, Aircall, and knowledge of photography, including print sizes, aspect ratios, and retouching.
