Do you spend PART of EVERY month in Los Angeles and want a true home base when you’re here? This is a unique sublet for someone who spends half of every month (every weekend, half the week, every other week, two consecutive weeks- we can figure it out together) in LA, and wants a permanent pad when they come.

This is not full-time sublet, I will be using it myself, EVERY MONTH when you are not here. Think of it as your second home, not a traditional sublet where you take over the space for months at a time.

The setup is simple and mutually beneficial: you have a dedicated, furnished bedroom with full closets/storage that stays untouched while you’re away. When you’re not here, I use the rest of the apartment as a work space, and live elsewhere, covering the remainder of the rent and utilities. It’s a win-win—especially given the rising rents and the location.

The bungalow is bright, cozy, and fully furnished, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small backyard. Half a block from Blair’s and Broome Street Coffee, a short walk to the Silver Lake Reservoir, Gelson’s, Magpie, and Crossroads. Easy street parking. A true Silver Lake haven.

Ideal for someone based in Ojai, Palm Springs, SF, or NYC who wants a consistent, charming LA home for work, meetings, or city time—without paying full-time rent.
