Furnished bedroom comes with full bed and small standing desk (if you want to keep the desk, or you can get rid of it).

I am a 30 year old self-employed writer (She/her) but go to a co-working space 3x a week. I am looking for a similar minded, clean, employed (in office min 3x/week also).

I like to keep the place tidy and clean but I’m not OCD. I cook breakfast at home and dinner at home like 3x a week. Looking for someone similar.

The apartment has a brand new dishwasher!

The apartment is between the Bedford L and Marcy J, about a 10 min walk from both.

No Washer/Dryer in building or unit, but various well priced laundromats within a 5 min walk. There is also drop-off wash-and-fold cleaners across the street as well if you wanted something really close.
