About this Service

I offer Taoist and Chinese Medicine based healing and teaching that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation. My work weaves Medical Qigong, Taichi, EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping), and energy healing with ancestral lineage and ritual practices. Clients come to release blockages, break through limiting patterns, and reconnect with their body’s wisdom and roots in nature. Offerings include private healing sessions, emotional coaching, personalized Taoist training, and seasonal group classes.

About this Lister

I’ve been exploring the intersection of body, spirit, and healing for over 25 years. My path began with martial arts and deepened through Taoist practices like Qigong, Taichi, and meditation, which transformed my health, grounded my emotions, and reshaped how I see life and nature.
Today I share these practices through teaching, energy healing, and ancestral lineage work. My approach weaves Taoist cultivation, ritual, and intuitive coaching to help people restore vitality, release old patterns, and reconnect with their roots.
At the heart of my work is a simple aim: to support others in coming home to their body’s wisdom, the flow of nature, and the guidance of spirit and ancestors.

Background and Expertise

I hold a master’s in medical qigong and am a Senior Instructor of Mantak Chia's Universal Healing Tao. I also hold certifications in Ancestral Lineage Healing and Ritual; Sacred Depths Coaching (both were 15+ months' training) and a Master Teacher training in Reiki. In addition to these, I have training in many Qigong, Neigong and Taichi practices.
