Hello! I'm a NYC Theater Artist looking to sublet my furnished 1-Bedroom condo from Oct 1st - Nov 30th, but I can be flexible on the exact dates. Price can also be somewhat flexible depending on those date shifts. Asking $2,900/month; utilities included.

The apartment is around 550 sq ft, with a washer/drier in-unit, a dishwasher and a balcony! A real balcony, not a little juliet one! Lots of light, though not sun-blasted. On a quiet, neighborhood-y side street.

It's on the 3rd floor of a small building (6 units altogether), in Prospect Lefferts Gardens; my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn. It's a historically protected district, so there's no tall buildings. It's quiet, charming, residential, as well as being very artsy and diverse.

12 min walk to Prospect Park and Prospect Park B/Q Station, and a 3 min walk to Winthrop 2/5 station. Also a short walk from lots of cool, neighborhood restaurants, bars, and cafés.

About This Lister

I am a NYC born actor, writer, director person! (he/him/his) I love theater, film, tv, board games (especially TTRPGs) and wine! I work as a sommelier between gigs to pay the bills.

Going out of town for 2 months to do an acting gig in the Hamptons and more than happy to share my apartment with the right person/people while I'm gone.

I have lived in the neighborhood for almost a decade, and I love it with all my heart. I bought this condo last November because I knew that I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the city for a good long while. This is my first time renting it out, so I will be very cautious about who I select. Please show me that you are considerate, responsible, and caring.

I will show you the space if we decide to meet, I will be the contact-person for anything that might go wrong, and I will be just an 2 hour drive away if anything needs to be handled in person. My neighbors are very friendly and the building management company is responsive and effective.
