33m2, 1-bedroom apartment in the 11th arrondissement of Paris: 1300€/month. The apartment is available from October 1 until a date that we agree on together: I live in this space, but I'm taking time away from Paris to travel.

The neighborhood is the 11th arrondissement, off Rue de Charonne and metro lines 2 and 9, close to the beautiful Père Lachaise Cemetery. There are great cafés and bakeries, a butchery, a cheese shop, regular and organic grocery stores, and a street market in the mornings on Wed & Sat.

The apartment is on the top floor, courtyard-side, in a quiet classic Parisian building with an elevator.

The apartment's 5 windows face east and get nice light. Excellent wifi and a comfortable work-from-home setup. In the living room, there is a secretary desk, a second desk, a small table, and two desk chairs. Additional folding chairs are in the closet. There is also a sofa and a loveseat.

In the kitchen, you'll find a clothes washer, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, small oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender, and moka pot (no dishwasher or microwave).

The bedroom has a wardrobe and double bed with a comfortable mattress and linens. I also have a double air mattress to put in the living room if you need.

The bathroom and shower are tiny, but everything is clean and functions well.

The place is peaceful, cozy, and nicely decorated. There are quite a few plants that are brightening up the space. They will need almost weekly watering.

No smoking or pets. Not wheelchair accessible. All utilities are included in the price of rent.

The apartment has a clothes washer. There is a laundromat with dryers directly across the street.
