The apartment is clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. It’s not a party place, but it’s warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Everyone here respects shared space and keeps things tidy, which makes it feel genuinely peaceful day to day.

The rooms are bright and comfortable, located in a quiet four floor walk up building with only four apartments total. There is a shared backyard and access to the rooftop, which is simple but a nice bonus. Laundry is in the basement with a washer and dryer that are app operated, and each apartment has its own storage space down there as well.

The neighbors are mostly artists and musicians who are friendly, respectful, and quiet. The closest trains are the A, C, and G. We are open to both short term and longer term stays.

About This Lister

We are one male and one female roommate, both working professionals. One of us studied at Parsons and now works in UX, and the other works full time, mostly night shifts. We are organized, easygoing, and keep the apartment clean. On weekends we often cook or bake, and sharing food is common, but there is no pressure. Everyone does their own thing.

Overall, it is a calm, adult, no drama household.
